- Engage in prompt injection, adversarial testing, or unauthorized security testing;
- Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or harmful purposes;
- Upload or process data you do not have the legal right to use;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms.
Accounts and Security
You may be required to create an account to access certain Services.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
- all activities conducted under your account; and
- ensuring that information you provide is accurate and current.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.
Customer Data, Inputs, and Outputs
Customer Data
You retain ownership of all data, content, files, prompts, documents, and materials you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”).
You grant Entities.org a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and use Customer Data solely for:
- providing and maintaining the Services;
- improving service functionality;
- security and fraud prevention; and
- complying with legal obligations.
We do not claim ownership of your Customer Data.
Outputs
The Services may generate responses, recommendations, summaries, analyses, or other outputs (“Outputs”).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Entities.org grants you a non-exclusive right to use Outputs generated for you through the Services.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Outputs may not be unique;
- other users may receive similar outputs; and
- Outputs may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information.
You are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying Outputs before relying on them.
Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer
The Services may utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, and third-party large language model technologies.
AI-generated Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. The Services are provided for informational and operational assistance purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, compliance, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for:
- reviewing Outputs for accuracy;
- verifying factual information; and
- determining whether Outputs are appropriate for your use case.
Entities.org does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated Outputs.
Privacy and Data Processing
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, store, and protect personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:
- data may be processed by third-party subprocessors and infrastructure providers;
- data may be transferred and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions;
- Entities.org may retain certain operational and diagnostic data for security, compliance, and service improvement purposes.
Where applicable, we aim to comply with relevant privacy laws including:

- CCPA/CPRA; and

Confidential information does not include information that:
- becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party;
- was lawfully known prior to disclosure; or
- is independently developed without use of confidential information.
Open Communication and User Content
If you submit content through public communication features (such as reviews, forums, or comments), you grant Entities.org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content solely for operating, promoting, and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit; and
- your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.
Messaging Terms
By subscribing to our messaging services, you consent to receive messages from Entities.org, including:
- conversational messages;
- appointment reminders;
- status updates; and
- billing notifications.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- third-party services;
- third-party content;

- third-party policies or practices.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
Export Compliance
You agree not to use the Services in violation of any applicable export control, trade sanctions, or import laws and regulations of the United States or other applicable jurisdictions.
You represent that you are not located in, or affiliated with, any prohibited or sanctioned jurisdiction or party.
Limitation of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTITIES.ORG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY;
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE;
- NON-INFRINGEMENT; AND
- ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
- THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE;
- OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE;
- DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR
- THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTITIES.ORG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT;
- INCIDENTAL;
- SPECIAL;
- CONSEQUENTIAL;
- EXEMPLARY; OR
- PUNITIVE DAMAGES,
INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR REVENUE.
ENTITIES.ORG’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:
- THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ENTITIES.ORG DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR
- ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
THESE LIMITATIONS SHALL NOT APPLY TO:
- FRAUD;
- GROSS NEGLIGENCE;
- WILLFUL MISCONDUCT; OR
- LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Entities.org and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- your use of the Services;
- your violation of these Terms; or
- your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
You agree to waive:
- any right to a jury trial; and
- any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property misuse or unauthorized access to the Services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- your use creates legal or security risk; or
- we discontinue the Services.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal proceedings shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Entities.org regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
